About Sidr Tree
The Sidr tree is one of the local trees closely preserved in the UAE. This tree belongs to the “Ziziphus” family of plants, which grows in coastal, desert, and semi-desert areas. It is native to parts of Africa and Asia and can be found in India, Pakistan, Ethiopia, Egypt, Libya, Sudan, and parts of the Arabian Peninsula.
